Manage Application: Users Tab

The Users tab provides the quick overview of users that have been assigned one of the company's user licenses, regardless if they are regular Codejig Account users or local users and that have the access to use the application.

Fields and buttons of the tab are the following:

Field/Button	Used for
Available user licenses	The field displays the number of available user licenses, that are still free to assign to any user, either the regular Codejig Account user or a local user.
Add user button	Click the button to open the Users page, where you may add a new user and then open the profile of the user with advanced administrative access and give the access to the application for this user. For more information about creating the list of users, see Types of Company Account Users and Users Page: Users Tab. For more information on finding and managing the user profile like an administrator, see Users Page: Administrative Access to User Profile Settings.
User	The field displays the name of the user that was assigned one of the user licenses. Click the username to open his profile with advanced administrative access.
Can access	Checkmark in this field will give the user a right to access and use the application. To be able to make changes in this field, first click the Update button.
Admin	The checkmark in this field will give the user administrative rights for the application. To be able to make changes in this field, first click the Update button.
Note	Add any additional notes or comments to a particular user in the list of users who are assigned user licenses. To be able to make changes in this field, first click the Update button.
