Ticket: Information Section

Each ticket comprises the General area and an Information section. The Information section comprises the Ticket section and Comments section.
 
 
Ticket section
 
The Ticket section of the ticket contains all the required data to accurately describe the occurred issue. Using the fields of this section, you may describe the issue, share the steps to recreate it and attach screenshots or screen videos showing the issue.
 
Fields and buttons of the Ticket section are the following:

Click the button to save all the data filled in the fields of the ticket.

In case you have to make any changes in the previously created ticket, first click Update.

Heading

Provide the heading for the ticket that describes the occurred issue as fully and as shortly as possible.

  • The field is optional, although recommended to fill in.

Description

Provide the full description of the occurred issue.

  • The field is optional, although recommended to fill in.

Steps to reproduce

Provide the list of sequential steps for the support specialist to be able to reproduce your occurred issue.

  • The field is optional, although recommended to fill in.

Screenshot

Add the screenshot in case it will be suitable to fully describe the occurred issue.

  • The field is optional.

Video

Add the screen recorded video in case it will be suitable to fully describe the occurred issue.

  • The field is optional.
 
 
Comments section
 
The Comments section of the ticket is a type of a chat with the support service specialist, where you may leave a direct message and receive the response after refreshing the page.

New comment

Type in the comment for the support service specialist.

Add button

Click the button when you have typed the new comment and want to send it to the support service specialist.
