Codejig Account Main Menu

The Main menu allows you to access a full functionality of your account through different pages. Each page covers a specific procedure offering you tools to manage and automate that part of your business.
 
All pages of the Main menu are available for Company Account administrators. Regular users have access to Profile, Notifications and HelpDesk pages.
 
The following pages are available:

  • Subscription

Subscription page allows you to keep track and manage all your subscription plans. Such plans may include payments for user and developer licenses, more advanced Builders, software containers with bigger capacities and support plans.   • Financials

Financials page allows you to keep track of settlements between you and Codejig. Settlements come in the form of a list of your payments made according to your subscription plan, and a list of invoices sent to you by Codejig.   • Company Account

Company Account page contains the information about your company that was provided at its registration. On this page, you are able to add any updates on your company as well as create a new Company Account. For more information about the page and its specific features, see Company Account Page.

  • Profile

Profile page contains the information related to your Codejig Account. You may add another e-mail or change your account password here. For more information about the page and its specific features, see Profile Page.

  • Users

Users page helps to manage all users of the application, namely invite new users to Codejig platform, add local users of this application or delete them when necessary. For more information about the page and its specific features, see Users Page.

  • Notifications

Notifications page has all messages that you receive from Codejig support service specialists. For more information about the page and its specific features, see Notifications Page.

  • HelpDesk

A HelpDesk is a resource intended to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance on Codejig products. Here you can leave a ticket with a description of the issue that has occurred and chat with a HelpDesk specialist. Also, you may manage your support plans on this page. By default, the Main menu is folded, and you can only see the icons instead of names of pages. To permanently fold it out click the Menu icon (pic) next to the Home button.
 
If you move the cursor across the folded Main menu, it will get temporarily unfolded. Once you move it away, the menu automatically folds in.
