The HelpDesk page is available for all Codejig Account owners and is the main resource for the Company Account user to communicate an issue that has occurred while working with application or Builder to the Codejig support specialists. It allows keeping track of the user requests using unique identifiers, easily find solutions to common issues, prioritize tickets, and so on.
The Codejig Account HelpDesk works with a tickets system. In case the user has a question or an occurred issue, he may create a ticket on the HelpDesk page, and a support service specialist will resolve it.
To go to the HelpDesk page:
- On the Codejig Account Main menu click HelpDesk.
At the same time, HelpDesk button is available on the homepage of your Codejig Account.
