Create a New Ticket
In Codejig Account, tickets are requests from users submitted via the issue-tracking system of the HelpDesk.
To add a new ticket:
- On the Company Account Main menu click HelpDesk
- On the Tickets listing page, click New ticket.
- On the new ticket page, add the heading for the issue that ticket is for, its description, and steps to reproduce the occurred issue. You may also add a suitable screenshot or a video that help to describe the issue more fully.
- Click Save.
