Create a New Ticket

In Codejig Account, tickets are requests from users submitted via the issue-tracking system of the HelpDesk.
 
To add a new ticket:
 
  1. On the Company Account Main menu click HelpDesk
  2. On the Tickets listing page, click New ticket.
  3. On the new ticket page, add the heading for the issue that ticket is for, its description, and steps to reproduce the occurred issue. You may also add a suitable screenshot or a video that help to describe the issue more fully.
  4. Click Save.
Note: Recommended format for the uploaded video is *.mp4, for the screen shot - *.bmp, *.jpeg, *.png.
