Button

Used for

Buy licenses for users

Click on the button will open Buy licenses for users section where the administrator may purchase additional user licenses for the application.

Revoke user licenses

Click on the downward arrow next to the Buy licenses for users button to reveal this option.

Click on the option will open a Revoke user licenses section where the administrator may cancel available user licenses for the application.

• If you need to cancel a certain number of user licenses, at first delete them from the list of Used user licenses. The number of licenses that can be deleted is equal to the number of licenses in the field Available of the Purchased user licenses section.

Choose the project that you intend to purchase additional user licenses for.

• One project consists of one Builder and at least one application, developed with it.

Quantity

Provide the number of user licenses you intend to purchase.

Amount

The field displays the total amount to be paid for the number of user licenses, that is provided in the Quantity field.

• The field is calculated automatically for informational purposes only; it is disabled for editing and cannot be overridden.

Click the button to confirm the latest changes in this section.

Field

Service

The field displays the project that you have purchased user licenses for.

• One project consists of one Builder and at least one application, developed with it.

Purchased

The field displays the total number of user licenses purchased for a current service.

In use

The field displays the number of user licenses that are assigned to certain users.

Available

The field displays the number of user licenses that are purchased but not yet assigned to any user.

Price

The field displays the price of one user license according to the purchased subscription plan.

Amount

The field displays the total amount to be paid for the entire number of user licenses for one month, regardless of the chosen payment period.

User

The field displays the name of the user who is assigned one of the user licenses.

• By click on the username, you may open the user profile with an advanced administrative level of access. This will give you the opportunity to provide or revoke developer or administrative access for the user, along with providing or revoking the access to some applications.
  

Local

The field states if the current user is Local (field is marked with a check sign if he is).

Available apps

The field displays a list of applications available for use for the stated user.
