Field/Option/Button

Used for

Company

Field displays the name of the current company that the administrator makes changes for.

In case you are the administrator of multiple Company Accounts, you may switch between them by choosing the company name in the drop-down list of the field.

Monthly cost

Field displays the total amount of all subscriptions and services added in the specified currency for one month, regardless of the chosen payment period.

The field is calculated automatically for informational purposes only; it is disabled for editing and cannot be overridden.

ERP order

The field represents the current subscription plan for application.

Available subscription plans are:

• Starter
• Standard
• Custom

You may upgrade the subscription plan by using this field and it will become active since the beginning of the next payment period.

Builder plan

Field represents the current subscription plan for Builder.

You may upgrade the subscription plan by using this field and it will become active since the beginning of the next payment period. Available subscription plans are:

• ERP essential
• ERP developer

Payment period

Field represents the current payment period for application.

You may change the payment period by using this field and it will become active after the current payment period is over. Available payment periods are:

• Month
• Year

End trial - start full use

Click the button to stop your free trial before it ends and transition to a paid subscription. The end date of your free trial is stated above the button.

After you will click the button, it will be changed to the message "Please be informed that from tomorrow you will be fully charged for all ordered services" and two buttons: Confirm and Decline.

Click on the Confirm button will switch you to the paid subscription; all buttons for buying additional licenses and services on User licenses, Developer licenses, Builders, Containers, and Support tabs will become available to use. At the same time, you will receive the invoice to pay for all your chosen licenses and services for the next chosen payment period (month or year) at the beginning of the next day.

Click on the Decline button will return you to the free trial settings.

End trial - stop use

Click the button to stop your free trial before it ends and terminate the use of the application. The end date of your free trial is stated above the button.

After you click the button, it will be changed to the message "Please be informed that all data you entered to ERP App will be lost and cannot be restored anymore" and two buttons: Confirm and Decline.

Click on the Confirm button will immediately terminate your use of the free trial and the access to the current Company Account, although will not effect your Codejig Account.

Click on the Decline button will return you to the free trial settings.
