Company: Contacts Tab

CountryUse this tab to enter billing and shipping addresses of the company.
 
The information specified under this tab will be automatically provided in address-related fields in documents where the given company will be selected as a business partner/ that refers to business transactions between your organization and the given company.
 
Fields under the tab are arranged into two groups: the Billing address and Shipping address. Although fields in both groups are identical, the address details you enter in them may differ if the billing and the shipping addresses do not coincide.

Field/Button

Used to

Address fields (country, city, street, ZIP code)

Fill in these fields to provide the address of the company.

For the fields Country, City, you select the required address information from the list of counties and cities that have been added to the system earlier by you or other users or create new ones.

For more information about defining countries and cities, see Country and City.

Then, you manually enter a street and a ZIP code.

Fill full address button

Click the Fill full address button to generate a full address of the company by incorporating information entered in the address fields into the full address.

Full address
The full address of the company that is constituted of values provided into the address fields. 
  •  You can either automatically generate a full address by clicking the Fill full address button or enter it manually.
  • Information entered in this field will be automatically provided in address-related fields in documents where the given company will be selected as a business partner

Click this button to copy information from the Billing address fields to the Shipping address fields.
