CRM module allows you to manage all your business partners by creating their profiles in the system. In Codejig ERP, business partners are added as companies regardless of whether they are legal entities or private individuals. When creating a new company profile, you are able to provide all required information about your business partner that will be later on retrieved to accounting documents, thus simplifying and enhancing accounting processes. CRM module gives you an opportunity to keep all key information about your business partner on one page, along with an option to add a new company (business partner) to the system.
In Codejig ERP, the following company types are available: Customer, Vendor, Institution, and Other. The Institution type of company encompasses banks, tax agencies, and customs agencies.
Company types determine the content of a company, company management peculiarities and define what information is stored about the company in the system journals. Company types are predefined by application developers and cannot be modified or customized without introducing changes to the source code.

In the CRM module, you can create new companies, add, manage and maintain information about them. Company details must be known for sales and purchases documents as well as other documents that use company data, in particular, banking documents, VAT documents, and reports.
You use the Company directory to add new companies, enter and store information about them as well as view and update companies that have been already added to the system. Company listing page displays all the companies that you work with.
To go to the Company
  1. On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the CRM tab.
  2. Under the CRM tab, click Company.
