Document number (#) is assigned automatically when you save the warehouse movement document based on the selected numerator. Users with the appropriate permissions can override the auto-generated number and enter it manually. After overriding the warehouse movement document number, automated numbering will proceed in the same manner but using the manually set number as a start value. |
Email, Phone, Skype |
Provide the contact information for the person, including email address, phone number or Skype id. |

Add any extra details regarding the transfer of goods if needed. |
Attachment |
Any additional files or external links related to the contact person. |
Inactive |
Turn on the Inactive option if you want to deactivate a previously active contact person. If a contact person is inactive, it will not be available for selection or use and will be accessible only on the listing page of the Contact person directory. By default, this option is turned off and all newly created contact persons are active. You can select active contact persons from the lists for the Contact person field in various documents and directories. |
