Manual Transaction: General Principals
The manual transaction has the following tabs that allow you to manually recreate any accounting document in the system: Main transactions, Bank accounts, Inventory, Fixed assets, Vendor liability, Customer liability, VAT, Profitability.
Although manual transaction document allows you to add a number of transactions of a different type in one document, it is recommended to create separate transaction documents for separate types of accounting documents, e.g. Invoices, Purchase invoices, quotations, bank account transactions, inventory, fixed assets, liabilities, VAT-related documents etc.
Buttons of the Tabs section
Copy to additional registers
Click the button to copy information to other tabs that specify the current transaction.
Information from the Main Transaction tab will be copied to another specifically related tab in the fullest possible scope, based on the type of bookkeeping account, specified in Chart of Accounts.
Click on the button to open a list of all Balances in Transaction journal.
Click on the button to unfold additional tabs.
