You use the Contacts tab to provide the company’s address information.

Address fields (country, city, street, ZIP code) |
Fill in these fields to provide the address of your organization. For the fields Country, City, you select the required address information from the list of counties and cities that have been added to the system earlier by you or other users or create new ones. To create a new country/city directly from the list of the respective field, open the list and click the Create new option. For more information about creating data files from lists, see Create New Data Files from the Dropdown List Field. Then, you manually enter a street and a ZIP code.

Full address |
You can either automatically generate a full address by clicking the Fill full address button (then constituent parts of the full address are retrieved from the address fields) or enter it manually.

Phone |
Indicate your company’s phone number.

Website |
Enter the organization’s website address.
|
Bank account |
A business bank account of your company. Information about this account will be included in all official documents of your organization. Also, this account will be provided automatically as a default bank account suggestion in invoices and payment documents, but you will be able to override it if necessary.
