Field

Used for

Address fields (country, city, street, ZIP code)

Fill in these fields to provide the address of your organization.

For the fields Country, City, you select the required address information from the list of counties and cities that have been added to the system earlier by you or other users or create new ones.

To create a new country/city directly from the list of the respective field, open the list and click the Create new option. For more information about creating data files from lists, see Create New Data Files from the Dropdown List Field.

Then, you manually enter a street and a ZIP code.

• Upon entering your business ID in the General area, you can automatically fill in all Address fields by clicking the Get BIS data button. 

Full address

You can either automatically generate a full address by clicking the Fill full address button (then constituent parts of the full address are retrieved from the address fields) or enter it manually.

• You can modify the auto-generated full address and edit it.

Phone

 Indicate your company’s phone number.

• Upon entering your business ID in the General area, you can automatically fill in this field by clicking the Get BIS data button. 

 Enter the organization’s website address.

• Upon entering your business ID in the General area, you can automatically fill in this field by clicking the Get BIS data button. 

A business bank account of your company. 

Information about this account will be included in all official documents of your organization. Also, this account will be provided automatically as a default bank account suggestion in invoices and payment documents, but you will be able to override it if necessary.

• Select a default bank account from the list of bank accounts added to the system or create a new bank account.  To create a new bank account directly from the list, open the list and click the Create new option.
