Company Account: General Area

To complete the account of the company, fill in all the required fields.

Please make sure to provide the correct and complete information about the company, since it will be used in future for billing purposes.

It is impossible to change data in some fields after you click the Start 30-days FREE trial button. Those fields are Country, Bussiness ID and VAT ID. In case any changes to data in those fields are required, you may contact the HelpDesk.

Country

Choose the country where your company is registered.

  • At the moment, Codejig ERP is available in Finland. If you are interested in supporting ERP localization for your country, please contact the HelpDesk.

Business ID

Provide your business ID or legal state registration number.

Fill data button

Click to autocomplete the data in fields Name, VAT ID and Billing address.

  • Data is retrieved from the government information website. Only data that was added there when you have registered your company, will be copied to your Company Account.
  • The use of this button is optional.

Name

Provide the name of your company, that will later be used in different types of billing and accounting documents.

VAT payer

If this option is turned on, it states that your company is registered as a VAT payer.

  • In case your company is not registered as a VAT payer, turn this option off.

VAT ID

Provide your VAT ID registration number in case your company is a registered VAT payer.

  • Data in this field may be provided automatically being fetched from the government information website.

Phone

Provide the contact phone number for your company.

Billing address

Provide the billing address for your company that will later be used in different types of billing and accounting documents.

Year turnover

Choose your company's year turnover to define the suitable subscription plan for your company.

  • There are the following types of year turnover:
    • Up to 200 000 EUR
    • More than 200 000 EUR

Number of employees

Choose your company's number of employees to define the suitable subscription plan for your company.

  • There are the following types of the number of employees:
    • Up to 5 (inclusive)
    • More than 5

Subscription plan

Choose the subscription plan for your company. To do so, choose both of your company`s year turnover and a number of employees.

  • If your company has a year turnover up to 200 000 EUR and a number of employees up to 5 (inclusive), the subscription plans Starter and Standard are available to you. For any other combination of year turnover and a number of employees, the Standard subscription plan is available.

Payment period

Choose the suitable payment period to pay for your ERP subscription.

  • Payment period may include a month or a year.

Number of users

Provide the number of future ERP application users.

  • The maximum number of users for a Starter plan is 5, for a Standard – 200. However, you may purchase more user licenses later.
