Sales Quotation
A sales quotation is a document that offers to sell goods or services to a customer at a certain price and under specified conditions.
Creating a sales quotation is the first step in the sales process. It allows you to inform a prospective customer about the estimated cost of goods and services or to make a sell offer.
Sales quotation is not an enforceable or legally binding document. It does not trigger any accounting or inventory transactions.
To go to the Sales Quotation
- On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the Sales tab.
- Under the Sales tab, click Quotations.
