Create a New Lead

To create a new lead:

1. On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click CRM and than Leads.

A listing page of leads opens.
Note: Listing page is a table which contains the summary of the document entries (the created leads profiles which are shown as rows of the table).
2. On the listing page, click + Add new.
You are taken to a page for entering the lead details. The page consists of the following sections:
  • General area
  • Tabs section
    • Activities
    • Contacts
    • Other

3. In the General area, you enter title and contact name of the lead, name of the company that lead belongs to, a source of gaining the contact with the lead and his status. Here you may assign your company employee responsible for communications with the lead.

4. Under the Activities tab, you may create the list of tasks for your employees that require some kind of interaction with the lead.

5. Under the Contacts tab, you may add any contact information for the lead that you possess. That may include a phone number, e-mail, Skype, website or physical address.

6. Under the Other tab, you may add the information about the lead`s company, that is its annual revenue, number of employees and any additional notes or attachments.
7.
Click Save.

Note: To be able to save the document, you have to fill in the required fields which are marked with an asterisk (*).
