Lead
Lead is a future potential customer who has expressed an interest in your company products and has shared his contact information. This might be an individual or a company.
Lead directory gives you a good opportunity to collect and store the information about potential business partners before their status will be defined, e.g. will they be your customer, vendor or a partner of the other type. In this case, you may add a partner as a lead and later change his status.
The lead directory in CRM module is also dedicated to providing a quick access to the leads data and analytics on the Lead dashboard.
To go to the Lead
- On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the CRM tab.
- Under the CRM tab, click Lead.
