Lead Dashboard

Listing page for leads is represented in the form of a dashboard, which is split into sections that are All leads table, Leads flow diagram and Leads by a status pie chart.
 
All leads table combines the following fields:
 
In regular mode
  • Title
  • Contact name
  • Company name
  • Phone
  • E-mail
  • Lead status
  • Note
 
In advanced mode (additional fields)
  • Website
  • Skype ID
  • Lead source
  • Responsible
 
Leads flow diagram shows the dynamics of new leads quantity per month.
 
Leads by status pie chart shows the ratio between leads that have different assigned statuses along with a total quantity of leads.
 
After the new lead is added to the system, diagram and chart are refreshes automatically.
 
 
To go to the lead dashboard
 
  1. On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the CRM tab.
  2. Under the CRM tab, click Lead.
