Under the Pricing information tab, you are able to analyze the information on sales and purchases of the item.
Pricing information report pertains to all types of items.
Report area is split into Sales and Purchases information. Information in both tables is customized by the Type of pricing view field. The field has the following two options:

The option sets the tables below to represent the change of prices in all price lists that contain the current item. |

Show only current prices |
The option sets the tables below to represent only current prices for the item. |
Sales part of the report shows the history of changes of item sales prices.
Purchases part of the report shows the total number of purchase quotations received for the item, e.g. the history of changes of item sales prices.
Sales and purchases reports cannot be generated for newly created items as there is no data to be processed yet. Only when certain sales or purchase transactions for a new item take place, information from them can be retrieved, analyzed and rendered in tables.
