Delete Purchase Price Lists

To delete the whole price list

1.On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the Sales module, and then select Price List.

A listing page of the price list document opens. The page contains the summary of created price lists.

2.On the listing page, select a table entry summarizing a price list you want to delete.

3.Click the Selected button.

4.On the Selected menu, click Delete, and then click Yes.

For other ways how to delete a document, see Deleting sales documents.
Note: Deleting a price list will not affect existing sales documents or other price lists which use data from it. It is the newly created sales documents and price lists for which data then has to be retrieved from other price lists.
If you delete a price list which is neither the most recent list nor the only list including certain items, the action will not have any effect on the system at all.

If you delete the most recent price list, a price list with the latest preceding date will be considered the most recent price list.

The same effect can be achieved by unposting a price list. The unposted price list is considered a draft document and Codejig ERP can retrieve data from it.

To delete items from a price list

1.Open a price list from which you want to delete certain items.

2.Click Update.

3.Under the Goods/ Services tab, select item line/item lines you want to delete.

4.Click the Selected button.

5.On the Selected menu, click Delete.

6.When finished, click Save.
Note: Deleting items from a price list will not influence existing sales documents or other price lists which use data from it. It is the newly created sales documents and price lists for which data has to be retrieved from other price lists.
