Field/Button

Used for

Currency

Select a currency for the price list. All item prices defined in the list will be recorded in the specified currency.

For specific customer

Turn on this option if you want to designate this price list as a price list created for a specific customer.

Keep this option turned off if you want to use this price list as a general price list that is effective for all customers for whom customer-specific price lists have not been created.

Override customers specific prices

Turn on this option if you want this general price list to have priority over price lists created specifically for different customers. If this option is activated, the system will retrieve item prices from this price list even for customers to whom customer-specific price lists have been assigned. However, if you create a customer-specific price list for a particular customer with later date and time than the date and time of the price list with higher priority, the system will retrieve item prices for this customer from the customer-specific price list as it contains the most current pricing information. For other customers that have price lists with earlier date and time assigned to them, Codejig ERP will fetch prices from this price list.

However, if you create a general price list with later posting date and time than date and time of the price list with higher priority and do not designate this price list as a price list with higher priority than customer-specific price lists, this new price list will also have priority over customer-specific price lists with dates earlier than the date of the original price lists with the higher priority.
