Create a New Employee

To create a new employee profile

1. On the Codejig ERP Main Menu, click Settings and then Employee.

A listing page of Employees opens.
Note: Listing page is a table which contains the summary of the document entries (the created employee profiles which are shown as rows of the table).

2. On the listing page, click + Add new.

You are taken to a form page for entering details of the document. The page consists of the following sections:
  • General area
  • Tabs section

3. In the General area, you enter employee`s name, ID number, position, add document-related information. Also, you may add a profile picture and assign purchase or sales manager duties to the employee.

4. Tabs section consists of such tabs as Personal, Contacts and Accounting.

Under the Personal tab, you may add details on employee`s birth date, gender and marital status.

Under the Contacts tab you add the employee`s contact information and accommodation address.

Under the Accounting tab you may specify accounts for salary accrual.

5. Click Save.
Note: To be able to save the document, you have to fill in the required fields which are marked with an asterisk (*).
