Purchase Order Generator
Purchase order generator is a tool that will simplify the processes of tracking the goods balances in stock and the following purchasing process.
Purchase order generator checks the stock for minimal and sufficient quantities of goods (both stated in each individual profile of each good when added through the Item tab of Inventory module) and offers those positions to be purchased, which have amount below the minimum recommended quantity. After compiling the list of goods recommended to be purchased, the system will group goods by vendors and generate purchase orders, that you may later simply post into the system.
To go to the Purchase order generator
1. On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click Purchase.
2. Under the Purchase tab, click the Purchase order generator.
