Fixes and improvements:

• Virtual collections: Added card view support, fixed list of available actions
• Formatters: Date and time formatters for fields in export-to-excel are now using default formatters instead of hardcoded patterns
• App deploy: Fixed application deploy after entity type system name update or app start event removal
• Menu: Journal references can now be added as items
• Fields: Added "don't show view link" option to dynamic field open property
• Filters: Fixed string field LIKE filtering in report using getTreeLeaves action
• Validation: Improved message for system-name-already-exists validation error
• Permissions: Index page custom view permission argument is now the corresponding entity type instead of null
