Activity: General Area
For each new activity you will have the following number of fields in the general area to fill in:

 Name  | 
 Provide the name of the activity that will be reflected on the activities listing page.

 Lead  | 
 Choose a lead that is involved in the activity.  | 
| 
 Assigned  | 
 Choose an employee to assign the activity to.  | 
| 
 Priority  | 
 Select the priority level for the activity from a drop-down list or create a new one.  | 
| 
 Status  | 
 Select the status of the activity. It is recommended to choose the Open status when creating a new activity, and after closing it update the status.  | 
| 
 Type  | 
 Select the type of activity from the drop-down list or create a new one. Activity types include tasks, calls, messages and meetings.  | 
| 
 Used to  | 
 Add the description of the activity or any additional notes and comments.  | 
| 
 Due date  | 
 Select the deadline date for activity completion.  | 
| 
 #  | 
 Activity serial number (#) is assigned automatically when you save the activity based on the selected numerator. Users with the appropriate permissions can override the auto-generated number and enter it manually. After overriding the activity number, automated numbering will proceed in the same manner but using the manually set number as a start value.  |
