Activity

Activities are all interactions that your company has with its leads and customers, that might be phone calls, meetings, any type of letters etc.
 
A general list of activities will enable you to:
  • prioritize activities
  • sort activities by different parameters
  • keep track of communications with different customers and leads
  • assign tasks to your employees and track their progress
  • keep up with your leads on the way of transforming them into customers
 
To go to the Activity
 
  1. On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the CRM tab.
  2. Under the CRM tab, click Activity.
