Activities are all interactions that your company has with its leads and customers, that might be phone calls, meetings, any type of letters etc.
A general list of activities will enable you to:
- prioritize activities
- sort activities by different parameters
- keep track of communications with different customers and leads
- assign tasks to your employees and track their progress
- keep up with your leads on the way of transforming them into customers
To go to the Activity
- On the Codejig ERP Main menu, click the CRM tab.
- Under the CRM tab, click Activity.
